Summer Reading at Westfield High School
After careful review following a two-month delay caused by an unwarranted bid protest in the Kehler Stadium renovation project, the Westfield Public School District announced on July 19 that construction on the stadium will begin next spring.
Westfield students representing 6 different languages recently enjoyed a weeklong summer camp focused on providing meaningful enrichment activities for students to continue their English language acquisition while having fun.

At its May 8 meeting, the Westfield Board of Education approved the appointment of Elizabeth Delasandro as Supervisor of K-12 Mathematics and Warren Hynes as Westfield High School Assistant Principal.
It’s Day 132 and Brett Bramble and John “Stick” Azerolo have walked more than 1,700 miles to reach Westfield High School. The two left Key West, Florida on January 27 on foot, walking approximately 20 miles per day at roughly 3 miles per hour to raise awareness about drug overdose prevention, addiction, and recovery.
